MASTERTON DAIRY COMPANY
MONTHLY MEETING. The adjourned monthly meeting of the Masterton Co-operative Dairy Company was held ,on Saturday afternoon, in the secretary's office, tho following Directors being present:— Messrs Ewington (chairman), E.' C. Holmes, W. H. Buick, P. Cotter, R-. Wilton, J. Kjestrup, E. ,J. Wright, and W. R. Boyd. A letter was' received from the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Society, asking Dairy Companies to assist in promoting the dairying inby providing trophies for competition in dairy produce.— Tho letter was held over for further consideration . It was decided to indent, through the National Dairying Association, salt, preservatives and parchment. Several new shares were allotted, and the unial monthly call of 2s 6d per share was made. There was some discussion with regard to assisting any other farmers who might be likely to become suppliers, nnd willing to go in for home separation. The matter was held over for further information.
