I " The .'Repubhcan'Cabinet has approved of the abdication terms,'..with slight modifications, i The Emperor in future will be known as a Manchu, and will Reside at the outset in the "Forbidden City," and eventually in the Summer Pa-lace. The Chinese will show him %ie courtesy, but not fealty or obedience. The Republic will supply body guard ,and at present the Palace staffs will be retained. The Emperor will receive annually • four million dollars, as taels were abolished when 4he currency was reformed. All the private property of-the Emperor, and the Manchu, Tibetan, and Mongol Princes will be respected.
