The Italian cruiser Piemonrte lowered a boat flying the white flag .at Hodeiah and captured a motor launch flying tlie Union Jack. It is reported'-'the British Consul has requested that a warship be sent. The Italians are thi-eatening to bomibard Hodoiah. ltisz Aliey and four others who were aboard the steamer Africa liave been released.'
