AN UNUSUAL CASE

WELLINGTON, Last' Night.
An unusual case was heard in the Magistrate's Court to-day. The Managing .Director- of 'the Nutricia Milk Company was fined £.l for having made use of a copy of an analytical issued under the S,ale of 'Fond.and Drugs Act, as an advertise. ment. .The prosecution stated that •samples yf. the milk had been analyj sed oh two occasions, and as it was I found to be below the ' standard, I -warnings were issued. The defendant | ke,pt tnivS quiet,,, but when the anaI lyst's-. report on, a siibsequent occas- | ion was favourable,' lie "published the report as an advertisement.
