WINSTON CHURCHILL'S VISIT TO IRELAND TROOPS HELD IN READINESS. (Received Last Might, 5.5 o'clock.) LONiDON, January 27: The. Daily Chronicle states that three, regiments of infantry and two of cavalry have been ordered to hold themselves in readiness to proceed to Belfast.

Lord Londonderry, Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, in reply to the letter from the : Right Hon Winston Qhiirchill, states that the main objections of ithe Hater Unionists have been, removed, and he therefore deprecates any interference with the holding of Mr Winston Qhurchill'is meeting elsewhere than in the Ulster Hall. He will not, however, accept any responsibility in connection with the visit, owing to the intcrrc feeling aroused.
