HOME RULE TROUBLE.

Mr Winston Cfyurehilfl seems to be looking for trouble. He has announ oed his intention, of visiting Belfast on -February 9th, and speaking on the Home BMe question. At first he intended speaking in the Ulster Hall, but the announcement that he intended doing so created such an outcry among the Orangemen of the city that he has "abandoned-the idea. He •still expresses has intention of going to Belfast, htowever, and the pros-, pects of a riot are very, promising. With the public feeling so very strong on the subject of Home Rule, Mr Winston Churchill will be pursuing a very dangerous course by going to Ireland at the present juncture.
