HOTORUA, Lost Night. h~ For some time past complaints have l>eon. made of thefts from the y railway premises of articles left in the carriages by forgetful passengers, and <rf packages from the goods sheds. To-day, at tlie Magistrate's Court, John Sdmpson>, foreman plate-layer, was finad £5, in default one month, for stealing an umbrella from a carriage.
