A CIVIL ACTION. '. (Received January 22, Ba.m.) LONDON, January 21. I.n the King's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, Mr W. T. Stead, editor of tl;p Review of B<e>views, is suing to recover £llOO, which ho adriuioed to a tradesman on a bill transaction to oblige the Princess Whusoansky. Mr Stead made the Princess's acquaintance through the Dowager Empros; of Russia, at The Hague Conferenrs\ and the transaction arose through t'ho renting of a house at Dulwicih. Mr Stead already 'has & judgment for £7OO against tlie Princess. He held security iti> connection with the present advance, but returned it to oblige her.
