STEEL CORPORATION. (Received Last Nigjht, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, January 20. The Metropolitan Trust Company, of New York, intends to finance a new Company ,to take over the holdings of the Western Steel Corporation, which recently went bankrupt.
