CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
MEETING OF COUNCIL. The monlhly meeting of the Oouncir~of the Masfeuton Chamber of Commerce was held, yesterday, there being present,— Messrs A. Henderson (President), D. M. Graham, J. Oaselberg, G. W, Sellar, G. T. Spain, J. Brown, R. Brown, and G.' 0. Sumtmerell. The Treasurer reported a credit balance at the Bank. Mr A. W. Hogg wrote acknowledging the vote of thanks accorded him ,by the Council, and expressing appreciation of the Council's recognition fc>f his past services. The Minister of Railways wrote that he was making a further enquiry in regard to the request for a four- o'clock afternoon train, from IMasterton to Woodville. . ..
