CONCESSIONS ON FREIGHT
A STOREKEEPER FINED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DlLvrvDiA, Last Night. W. Harlow, a storekeeper at Ou-t-ram, was fined £3 and costs £4 for a breach of the railway regulations iff that he counselled and procured the making of a false written statement by a storeman in Dunedin .with the object cf obtaining a concession on freight for the carriage of empty crates which come in by road, and are ■ returned by rail. The storeman was fined £1 8s for making the statement.
