DEMONSTRATION IN LONDON' BRITISH FOREIGN OFFICE. (Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock.) LONDON, January 16. The Persia Committee organised a demon sanation of 3000 in London against tho encroachment upon the integrity of Persia. Sir' Thomas Barclay presided, and Dr Clifford and a number of members of the House of Commons were present. Mr Macdonald started thalt at iras tlhe folly and shortsightedness of the British Foreign Office that had caused the whole trouble.
