HUSBAND AND WIFE ARRESTED POISONING 01? A WOMAN. (Received Last Night, 11 o'clock.) LONDON, January 16. Mrs Seddon has been arrested as ao (accessory vto the murder of Eliza Barrow , on December 6th last. The evidence shows that Mr and Mrs Seddon induced Eliza Barrow to lodge with them, and give them property, including £I6OO in Indian stock, in consideration of Seddon paying £3 weekly. .(A previous cable stated that Frederick Seddon, district superintendent of the London and (Manchester Assurance Company, had been arrested on a dbarge of poisoning Elliza Barrow by giving her arsenic. Tllie body of the woman had been exhumed. It was alleged that Seddon, controlled the woman's property and paid Iher aji annuity.)
