PRIZE FIGHTING
BOXERS BOUND OVER. AN APPEAL DISMISSED. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, January 13. In tihe case in which the boxers Moran and Dinscol appealed against a decision binding theni over, on tlie jground that, their proposed fight for 'tlie feather-weight championship would be illegal,, the Magistrate refused to state a case. He declared that the defence disclosed no point of law arising for a decision. The defendants do not intend to move for "a mandamus.
