CHRIBTCHUROjH, ■ Last Nighft. At the Primitive Metliodist Conference on Saturday, a basis of union wi*h tile Metihodist Church,.was adopted by 65 voting for and, 16 against. The matter was referred to the. Methodist Union Committee to recommend the manner in whicfi the basis- should be presented to the quarterly meetings.
