INQUIRY'S REVELATION. ((Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, January 13. The Board of Trade inquiry has revealed a systematic practice of overinsurance of ships, to which point was given in the foundering at Cardiff of the steamer Dunsley, which •was over-insured by £9BOO. The Court found that the loss was due to the default of the managing owner, the master and engineers. The former was fined £ISOO, which is ftp go towards the cost of tdie inquiry. The master was suspended, and the engineer fined.
