James Russell, who on Thursday was charged at Amberley witll the jnanslaugihter of • George-" Heary SfeawY at Leithfield, on 29th Becem-» her last, and the charge again&t whom was dismissed by the Justices of the Peace who heard it, was "arrested yesterday, and brought before Mr JET. W. Bishop, S.M., and again charged with •'manslaughter.' Tie .pleaded x.-it guiky, and was remanded to January 18th. at , Amberley. Bail Was fixed, accused in £2OO and two .sureties each (of a similar sum. Bail was forthcoming. The prosecution was a private one, the information having been laid by David Shaw, father of deceased.
