Cotter secured two wickets for 90, Kellewav 1 for 34, Hazlett 3 for 66, Emory 4 for 47. Requiring 28 runs to win, New South Wales lost two wickets in making that score —Cotter 9-, Gregory 13 ■not out. Whitty and Crawford each captured ono -vvicket. New South Wales thus won by eight wickets.
