A British, French, and Russian syndicate is subscribing £IOO,OOO to final/y survey the railway connection between Russia amd India, via Persia, materially shtorteaiing the journey to Australia aaud New Zealand. Tine Indian Government proposes to enter the British, sphere at Bam>deirahhas and join- the railway® at Karachi instead of Bush Mi.
