Neumann and Oo.); Mir Lucas Railli, head of the firm of Rail' Brothers', and Ma- Lionel) Philips, M.P.; thir-ty-four Ivjrigh'is:, including Mr Jos<epfh Beocham, Rider Haggard, Profeasox Henry Jones, Frederick Wedmore; Commander of the Bath, Sir Ghailes Lucas; Memibers of tlhe Victorian Order, Mr Bertram McKennall. The title of "Honourable" h/as bie'en, granted to the Judges' of tJie High Court in. Australia and the Sur preme Courts of the Australian States, New Zealand, South Africa, and NewftoundOaiid. Sir James Ptrendergast, ex-GEief Justiioe of New Zealand,, is also allowed to bear the title.
