The drfence was a general denial of the dbairges. Tn the course of hh remarks. Judge Isaacs said that' during the whole course of the hearing, the conduot of both sets.of defendants indubitably established that from the latter part of 1906 they had been, working togetlher on some agreement.' The evidence showed that the allegations as to the comb nation .and Its ■'(. continuance down to 'the commencement of the action had been proved. Another important issue luis still to be dealt with.
