Mr Harper was of the opinion' that a betteir room than the existing one shoulld be secured. He suggested the large room adjoining. . Ma- 0. McGregor stated that he had thought thfey shouljd endeavour to iproctire a meeting-room in which a flibrary would be established and farmers'tould meet. Mr W. C. Davies had offered, if a , suitable room coU'lfel be prov ded, to give lectures' to the Association, and to loan his valuable collection of grass seeds.'
A committee consisting of Messrs' H. Morrison, W. Perry, E. Harper and D. McGregor .was appointed to investigate the m ;tter and report.
