A seven-roomed residence, occupied" by Arthur M'Carthy, Chaucer Road, was totally destroyed by fire early this morning. Indications point to a defective chimney being the cause. The building was insured for £4.00 in the. Sun Office, and the furniture for £2OO in the royal. There was also an additional insturanee, of £SO on the house in the Royal.
