ENGLAND v. AUSTRALASIA. WIN FOR ENGLAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association J '(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, December 6. There were two thousand spectators at the Nottingham match between the English League team and the Australasians. The Englishmen won by sto 3. England scored a try, which was converted, in the first five minutes. An even game followed. The Australasians, by clever passing, then threatened danger. After an interval, Farnsworth and Russell made brilliant runs, the English 'backs tackling finely. Frawley scored a clever try, which was not- converted.
