LA MILO CASE.
ACTION FOR DAMAGES
(Received December 6, 9 a.m.) LONDON, December 5. Mr Percy Easton is suing Mr Wood, jeweller, for damages for malicious persecution in connection with the La Milo case in 9110. (La Milo, the famous poscuse, was charged with obtaining jewellery, principally diamonds, under false pretenses.)
