SYDNEY, December 5. A violent scene 'occurred in Barlia ment.

Mr Wood, who was suspended jv few .week& ago, took bis- seat.

Immediately the Speaker entered, Mr Wade rose- and said Mr Wood desd/red to mla'ke tin .apology.

The Speaker declared that Mr Wood was nio longer a member* of the House, but a stranger. He could speak only from the Bar of the House.

Mir Wood indignantly proclaimed that he was there representing his con&tituenoy ,and would claim the right as a member to say what he luad to say.

The Speaker, annid disorder, said that if Mr Wood did not obey the dhair he would be expelled from the Oliambea - .

Mr Wood replied heatedly that he would not go out. The! Speaker ordered the Sergeanit-at-Arms to remove Mi- Wood, whorefused to go, and continued addressing the chair and waving his arms wildly. The House was in a state of uproar.

Mr Millard, Dr Arthur Moxham, amd Colonel Omsiknv were removed'. After ia few others were called to older, the. depleted House- proceeded to business.
