LONDON, November 30._ Of twelve 'thousand mistresses and servants who assembled at the Albert «Hall at tho invitation of the Countess Desart, to discuss tho Insurance Bill, ten thousand failed to gain admission. Countess Desart presided, and the Countesses Brassey, Mayo, and Portsmouth, and Mrs Humphrey Ward were also present.
