It is understood-that tbe Hindoos in British Columbia, who have been u?.der the strictest .regulations, will be allowed to bring in their wives. This decision is the result of a delegation of Hindoos to Ottawa pointing out tilie grievances of Hindoos, who are British subjects, in 'comparison with Japanese and Chinese.
