MR C. R. SYKES AT MANCAMAIRE.
Ma- G. 11. Sykes addressed a large .meeting of electors at Mongamaire on. Tuesday night. The chair was occupied by Mir T. O. Neilsen.' At the openlimg of Dills, address, Mr Sykes ''stated that throughout the electorate ith&. pll'a.tform of die Reform Party was 'being endorsed. Tlie candidate spoke oai. the high cost of Hiving, the excessive borrowing and' expensive administratioin, and extravagant expenditure of public money.
