The fusing of an electric wire melded a gas main under the pavement, and completely wrecked the Albert Hall, in. Nottingham, one of the largest buildings in the town, A huge piece of paving and stones were hurled) through the windows oi} the opposite side of the street. Ten persons were seriously injured.
