GERMANY'S PROGRAMME. v

BERLIN, November 26. The Kielin Neusten - Nachrichten states that an extra naval programme costing £17,500,000 will be spread over seven years. It will include a battleship and two armoured cruisers yearly, instead of one cruiser as originally provided.
