WAIRARAPA CENTRE. A meetiuig of /the Wiairai"ap;a centre of the Athletic Union was held in tlhe Domdaiaonl Hail'l 1 , Mastea'ton.', last {Saturday evening. Tlhe delegates present were:— Messrs W. La very (Laiigdaie, chladinnam), J. B. McKenzieauid W. Gtillespie (Oaledoniiam Society), J. H. Pauling (Ptongarloa), B. Iveson (Aliiaruliie), J. W. Mjoßae Makuiri), P. C. Jorgensen (MaiUfrioeville), T. G. Hoar (Mangajtaintoka;), and; A. Tfliompsoni (Gladstone). Apologies wiere received fa - om Messrs G. R. Sykes and R. MJcKenzLe.

A vote of thanks was accorded Mr Laiveirjy for entertaining Wiellingtom delegates l wben in Maisterton.

Mr Pauling moved, and it was cairiried, that tlie. order paper of tJhie amnual .meeting of fcble Executive be forwarded to the Centre .secretaaues at least six weeks before tiie. anuruail raeetiiaiQs, amd that i"emats from Centres be sent to the .secrietairy of th» N.Z.A. and O.JJ. at least two monthsbefore the annual meeting of tjhlo Executive. It was resolved, that the late secretary be asked to Oiand ever all records of ooiirespiondence belonging to thje Centre at once.
