TEMPERATURE BELOW ZERO. (Received November 14, 11.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, November 13. Terrific weather is being experienced on the great lakes. 'Steamers arc arriving at Ouluth sheathed in ice. ' The temperature is 14 degrees below zero. All vessels are overdue. One of the vessels anchors became ice-gripped, so it was impossible to start. At Chicago, Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin a tornado caused twenty deaths. Several of the smaller vessels on Lake Michigan were blown sphere.
