Speaking on behalf of Mr Robinson, the Labour candidate for the Oldham by-election, ' Mr Ramsay Macdonald stated that many Liberals were supporting Sir Frederick Banbury's Bill against the Trades Disputes Act, but Labourites would fight to prevent its repeal. '
