SITUATION BECOMING GOMPLICAFED
THE MEN DIVIDED. (ißleoeived Last Night-, 9.35 o'clock.) SYDNEY. November 30. The strike situation is becoming complicated. Some of the men are prepared to work under the agreement conditions, and others only during certain hours. A lartj! numiber assembled at the Hlowaird Smith Wharf this morning, wlhere tluev proposed to start unloading the steamer Mollina. At isrix o'cileck, when, a call ■. was made, only eitiht responded. Two hours ki-ter the reqiiired number started. Interviewed, the I'ate smartens stated that they held a meeting, and decided not to work tiho cargo before ■erigQuti in the morning or after five at .night, unless paid overtime rates.
MAHENO'S DEPARTURE POSTPONED.

The Union Company come into line with other inter-State Companies. The stoppage or night work is addmv seriously to the .congested condition of the wßnarvete allready. Tlhie Companies are compelled to refuse match cargo.
