(Received November ]3, 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, November 12. • Lord Beresford, in a speech at Portsmouth, assured Mr Winston Churchill that he would loyally support him if he aijmed to -strengthen the fleet in a way nobody'would dare attack. He rejoiced that Mr Churchill was adopting a, war staff, which was the best means of securing instant readiness.
