ROMNEY RAM SALE.

TO BE HELD AT MASTERTON. At the meeting of the Colrxmittee of the Masterton A. and.P. Association on Saturday last, a letter wa? read from the Secretairy of the New i Zealand Rommey MLnrsQi Breeders' Association, giving the results of the twnlferenoe held at " Palmorston North between the joint committees lof tbe two Associations, on the .illation of holding a Roimney ram --ale under the auspices of the RomuejMarsfh Association (at Mkntrytoi'. r Hhe Oonnmittee decided upon the fee for entries, and that they should go to each' Association. The time limit was to be the same as fixed by the iMaatarton Association. Entries would- be received at Feild'ing, and close, for fourteen days before | the sale, which it was, suggested should take pliace on the first day; of the fair after itsnoh. It was •posed that tlhe-Masterton Association ' set; up a subcommittee of two, to act witifo Messrs R. G<ray and J. ',-E: Hewitt to laot as stewarcte oh the. day'of jVhxee prizes would, ne given for two-tooths, and three fbr four-toothis. The Rommey Association would appoint its. own judg-es-Jkles,sro W. D. Watson, W.i Perry and R. Cooper were appointed to represent tthe Mlasterton Association . n,s stewards, and the report of the conference was adopted.
