Tho newspaper Frankfurter Zeiitung's Tripoli correspondent reports (that there havo been two hundred deaths from cholera, and that there (are ono hundred fresh cases daily. . Fifty Italian soldiers have died daily from cholera, and typhoid is also spreading among tho troops.

ARRESTS FOR RIOTING
