TRIPOLI, November 11. The Turks, after a seven-hours' desperate attempt to recover the fort at •Hamidich, were repulsed. CHOLERA OUTBREAK. TYPHOID ALSO SPREADING. (Received November 11, 8.5 a.m.) BERLIN, November 10. Tho newspaper Frankfurter Zeiitung's Tripoli correspondent reports (that there havo been two hundred deaths from cholera, and that there (are ono hundred fresh cases daily. . Fifty Italian soldiers have died daily from cholera, and typhoid is also spreading among tho troops.
ARRESTS FOR RIOTING

TUNIS, November 12. Eleven hundred arrests have been made in connection with the rioting.
