HOME RULE.
(Received November 6, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 5. The Right Hon. Lewis Harcourt presided at Mr Redmonds demonstration at Rawtenstall. Mr Redmond said Ireland only asked for a- subordinate Parliament and was willing that the Imperial Parliament should remain unimpaired! in order to curb the Irish abusing their powers. Irishmen would prefer to remain in the Imperial Parliament in numbers to be decided by own wisdom.
