PREVENTING BOXING.
(Received November 6, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 5. The Chief Constable, at Birmingham, has served the pugilists, Owen Moran, of Birmingham, and Jim Driscoll, of Cardiff, with writs to prevent the featherweight boxing championship being held there in December.
