The New South "Wale's shipping strike lias developed very serious proportions, the deepnsea men being now involved. A special meeting of Cabinet was held yesterday, and the
announcement ,by the Premier that the trade of the port must not , be suspended ib an indication that firm measures will be taken. The atti-., tude of itbo Labour Groveraanent in a crisis such as that which has arisen
in New South Wales will be watched with interest.
