AN AUCKLAND CASE.

AUCKLAND, East Night.
In the Police Court to-day, a married woman named Mrs Lang wa* charged with performing an illegal operatio.il on a young ■woman, who is in the hospital, but in the doctor's opinion is "not in danger of her life. The accused was remanded, bail being allowed in two sureties of £l5O each.
