A peculiar feature of the industrial law in New Zealand is that workers, if they feel co disposed, may cancel their registration as a union' and thereby forfeit the benefits as well as the 'responsibilities of an Arbitration. Court award. The masters, on the other hand, have absolutely noright of cancellation, no matter how grievous a hardship they may consider themselves to be suffering.
