CONGESTION AT THE DOCKS.

LONiDON, October 29

There is a serious congestion at the London docks, as a result of the August strike.

Four hundred truck loads of goods were yesterday turned back from the Albert docks ibecause there were no ships ready.

The 'shipowners blame the dock authorities for not employing more hands, and state that many ship* are leaving port only half filled.
