TRAIN WRECKERS.

/ NEW YORK, October 29. An attempt was made to wreck the Santa Fe express, at Colton, California. A tie was placed on the line crossing a bridge. The train passed safely. Another attempt was made at Edward, California, where a quantity of dynamite was placed on the railway. Several passenger trains passed safely, the absense of proper caps preventing an explosion.
