SHOOTING TRAGEDY
MURDER AND ATTEMPTED SUICIDE FARM LABOURER'S CRIME. (Received Last Night, 11.25 o'clock.) SYDXEY, October 24. A tragedy occurred at Glen Morn, rear Tain worth. Lawrence Lawless, a farm labourer, shot Mrs Cover and her daughter. The daughter died almost immediately, and the mother is in a critical condition. , Cover's house was burned down, and the body of the daughter incinerated. Lawless afterwards shot himself in the chest, but it is not thought that the wound is dangerous. Ho was arrested.
