RADIUM IIfLL COMPANY. LARGE QUANTITIES OF ORE IN SIGHT. \ (Received October 24, 8.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, October 24. At tho 'annual meeting of the Radium Hill Company, the chairman stated that there were large quantities of ore in sight, and the deeper they went the richer the ore became. It was estimated that the mine could be given a life of 21 years, and would yield a profit of a million and a, quarter pounds, while the annual expenses would be fifteeh thousand pounds. GREEK STEAMER WRECKED. FIFTEEN PERSONS DROWNED. (Received October 24, 1 p.m.) PARIS, October 23. BARQUE ON FIRE. PUTS INTO FREMANTLE. (Received October 24, 9.10 a.m.) FREMANTLE, October 21. The iron barque Concordia, 1308 tons, from Swansea to Ballaballa, has. put in liere witn her cargo of coal on fire. The five broke out on the 3rd in'.t., but the closing of the batches vented its spreading extensively. The cargo is being removed so as to allow the scene of the outbreak to be reached.
