THE NATIONALIST LEADER
ATTiTUDE TOWARDS INSURANCE BILL.

LONDON, October 23
Mr J. Redmond, leader of the Nationalist party, .Kipea.king at Baitinglass, declared that the English Ministers in the- past had always Jiad to consider now to placate the Lords in framing Home Rule. They were no longer hampered, now that it was only necessary to pass the House of Commons to become law in spite of the Lords. The forthcoming Bill would be satisfactory to the Nationalists. The Irish party had no intention to -.A the Insurance Bill. Mr Redmond added: ' 'We will amend and will pass it."
