When tht> report of the Racing Commission was -being discussed by the House recently, tlis members of the Commission were somewhat severely handled. The Commission, in its turn, ill as resented the remarks of members, jmd for so doing it ihas ibeen (found guilty otf a breach of privilege. The end of the matte* 4 is that the speaker has refused to accept the second report. The original report anust" therefore stand for twelve (months unless the House passes the Bill of ;Mr Jennings, which it is not likely to do .with the Ministry against it.
