NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night,
A "publfc""meeting to-night adapted a recommendation, of a Committee to construct a carriage drive and walk in Kawaroa Park on the sea front and plant an avenue of trees, these to be known as the "Ti«ch Avenue," as a memorial of the"' late Mr Gustave Tisch, Mayor of New Plymouth, whose principal hobby was the beautification of the borough and its environs.
